Thank you for considering PHBeachHouse. When available shorter term bookings may be made in the Winter months only. Please see PHBeachHouse Calendar for availability and contact us for rate information.
Note: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking and is due within 5 days of receipt of contract. Booking is not considered complete until deposit is received and credited.
Full payment including 10% state and local tax is required three weeks prior to arrival. Note full payment is due for shorter term bookings.

* Pets are welcome however an additional fee of $35/day is required per pet. Any damage and its repair will be the full responsibility of the Owner. A security deposit of $500 is due at time of final payment which will be mailed to you after inspection of the house after your departure.
Upon booking a contract will be forwarded to you with the information provided. Please review for accuracy and sign one copy and return to the PHBeachHouse address provided. This contract is binding relative to accurate information unless otherwise agreed to by PHBeachHouse.
